Our approach to claimants
We are completely independent and work only for you, not insurers. As soon as possible after the insured event, we like to meet with you, to assess the impact of the insured event and plan the necessary steps to get you back on your feet. We outline how we put together a successful claim and explain the claims process, offering support and managing your expectations as we progress.
Henry has been a Loss Assessor for over 35 years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Loss Assessors, and is currently its President.
Sam is Henry’s son and has more than 20 years’ experience in client facing roles in Insurance & Financial Services with property related claims a specialism. He is a Member of the Institute of Public Loss Assessors. When he and Henry are not managing claims they are both involved in voluntary community work.
We combine our expertise with a very caring and personal approach towards our clients, which is reflected in what our clients say about us. Our support team is dedicated to a high level of client service and together we make it our business to keep clients informed throughout the claim, involving them as little or as much as they wish.
